Installation:
Upon opening, the application will prompt you with a security warning. Select 'Open'.

At this point the application may be displaying a toolbar which reads:
"Read-only. The database has been opened read-only..."

To by-pass this, right click on the form and select 'Close'. Then, click the 'Save-As' button in the toolbar. This will allow you to save and re-open the database, now in a usable state.

To log into the application, use Administrator password 'admin'
