We currently support and modify a complex Access database for Dekra Consulting. This database existed but was slow and unnecessarily complex. We improved the VBA code and made that application easier to understand and quicker.



This Access Database Provides client demographic tracking, Auditor Scheduling, and Certificate Printing (Word Mail merges). We would love to build a database for you!

Several other key events occurred in Philadelphia during the Revolutionary War including the First Continental Congress, the preservation of the Liberty Bell, the Battle of Germantown, and the Siege of Fort Mifflin. Philadelphia was one of the nation's capitals during the revolution, and served as temporary U.S. capital while Washington, D.C., was under construction. In the 19th century, Philadelphia became a major industrial center and a railroad hub. The city grew from an influx of European immigrants, most of whom came from Ireland, Italy and Germany—the three largest reported ancestry groups in the city as of 2015. In the early 20th century, Philadelphia became a prime destination for African Americans during the Great Migration after the Civil War, as well as Puerto Ricans. The city's population doubled from one million to two million people between 1890 and 1950.

    They subcontracted us to Fix an Access database for determining hospital emergency room time differentials for their client Bon Secours in Baltimore, MD.

    This Access database was developed to track efficiency of the emergency room operation at Hospitals for Bon Secours. The various stages of a patient's visit are tracked and the minutes recorded for moving through each stage of the emergency room visit.

    This database uses extensive Forms that have built to provide the quickest data entry possible for the user.

    Holiday Signs need an expert Access Database consultant to revise their Customer Relationship Manager application. This is an Access database that provides at-your-fingertip pipeline data to help both the salesmen and sales managers keep track of ongoing sales leads. Metrics come out of this database to help evaluate and improve sales performance.

  • Pepsi Bottling - Los Angeles
    Trained Pepsi on an Access Database we built tracking plant efficiency. We worked in Los Angeles (Riverside plant) and also created a training manual for the plant.
  • PepsiCo Global Concentrate Solutions
    In Atlanta, we are working with PepsiCo Global Concentrate Solutions to implement a Plant Picking database we built for Pepsi's Carlisle, PA plant. Pepsi Bottling approached us 20 years ago to build a Plant Efficiency tracking database that was rolled out nationwide. The other divisions within Pepsi then contacted and contracted us to build other professional Access database solutions.

    Developed Access database for charity hotel organization. This hotel management application interacts with both a Topaz Signature pad for capturing hotel guest signatures as well as Adobe Acrobat and for producing .pdf files.

    NuFarm is a pesticide chemical manufacturer based in Australia. They're office in Raleigh North Carolina initially engaged us to build an Access Database to track Environmentl Protection Agency (EPA) forms. They have over 2,000 EPA forms on file with the US Government.

    Upon further conversation and discovering the intent of this chemical/pesticide client, we decided that an Access Database WAS NOT the proper solution.

    They desired people AROUND THE WORLD to enter and query their application. So we built this database using PHP web pages and a SQL Server data file. You may find more information about this application at www.data-blade.com

Ritchie & Associates Ritchie is a management consulting firm headquartered outside of Los Angeles, California. They consult with Fortune 500 firm Meadwestvaco (now WestRock). They advised the paper and packaging firm to build an historical demand based Access Database. It incorporated not only ERP (SAP) sourced historical demand, but also provided advanced logistic support to this Paper and packaging corporation.

This Access database determined optimim supply levels in plants and warehouses throughout the US including Maine, North Carolina, Ohio, California, Texas, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and Michigan.
DEKRA Certification, Inc. DEKRA Consulting is a Germany based company. Their Phildelphia office uses an Access Database as the backbone of their USA practice. It tracks clients, consultants, and the status of consulting project/engagements.

We took their back end Access tables and converted them to MySQL tables. We then migrated the data from the current Access database to the MySQL tables.

Now DEKRA's employees may easily use the database across the country and the world.
